Big kudos to the production and post-production crews of Home Free, a new unscripted series for Fox produced by Relativity Television. Members of the non-union production crew shooting in Atlanta and the non-union post crew cutting in Los Angeles chose to be represented by the IATSE, signing union authorization cards to empower the union to negotiate on their behalf. The production company and the IATSE reached an agreement on a union contract without any interruption of work. On the post crew, assistant editors will see dramatic increases in their wages, and all covered employees on the crew will receive health and retirement benefits.
